Vercredx is a climate-forward initiative transforming Africa’s land into verified carbon credit projects with communities at the center. We are preparing a portfolio of afforestation and forest conservation projects that will generate high-integrity carbon credits certified by global standards like Verra and Gold Standard. 

Our long-term goal is to develop and manage over 3 million acres of land across Africa, contributing meaningfully to the planet’s carbon goals while unlocking new value for local communities. Through advanced MRV systems, digital transparency, and strong ethical frameworks, we’re building a platform that ensures every carbon credit created is not only real and traceable but also tied to measurable social benefits. These include solar energy access, clean water systems, youth education, and our school-based climate awareness program, LightOut.
